For the first time, the entire world is looking for a scientific solution for human well-being. The entire world celebrates International Yoga Day on 21st June.
This is a very positive step because the future generation will not believe what you believe. The future generation will not take anything that doesn’t make sense to them. So, unless it logically correct & scientifically proven, it will not last.
If you look at human history; yoga is the only thing which is lived for over 15000 years without anyone organization forcing it on people.
Over Two billion people across the globe practice yoga, as per the leading Indian Guru Jaggi Vasudev recently told UN News.

The essence of yoga in your hectic daily life cannot be overlooked or ignored.
Health experts believe that the practice of yoga helps boost mobility, improve total wellness. And also, lower blood pressure, which is related to medical therapies like diabetes treatment and heart disease control.
Yoga is potent enough to have positive effects on blood sugar level control, with a pivotal role in type 2 diabetes treatments. Researches have proven that yoga practices like Asanas, which involves twisting or stretching. Improves pancreatic functions, stimulating the secretion of insulin.

Which segment of people generally attends your yoga sessions?
Normally, almost all age groups (from 18-70+ age) fellows take the yoga sessions early morning.
Surprisingly, some senior persons are the regular attendees of my sessions without skipping a single session, includes service professionals, students, retired persons, etc.
How you treat your students during sessions?
Teaching yoga is an art. The predominant trait of a teacher should be calmness and should consider their student’s body as their own. This will make a trainer super special.

Why you should start yoga?
Yoga has been advantageous for ages. None other fitness tactics have proven better than this. It is something that not only fixes us physically but also gives us mental peace.
How much time you should do yoga a day?
First thing first, Yoga should be done empty stomach. An hour or two would be enough when talking about Asanas and some of the Pranayama.
Benefits of yoga to your body if you do it for 21 days or more.
Yoga is something that starts affecting you on the day when you’ll start it. I admire you if you perform & keep on doing for 21 days to start with; you will feel like full of beans & your daily unruly issues will be wiped out permanently.
Any recommendation for youth
Most noteworthy, start pranayama, mastering of energy through breathing exercises in the early morning & make it as a ritual, it is the formal practice of controlling the breath.
What are the importance & benefits of Pranayama?
Pranayama activates neurohormonal mechanisms that bring about health benefits. Resulted, it reduces stress and anxiety, improves the functioning of autonomic and higher neural center and also improves the physical health of cancer patients, shown in the research & studies of US national library of medicine.
